Make a payment

After your procedure an invoice will be generated. For payment of the invoice the patient has four options:

  • Option 1. Credit Card: pay online (use button below) or over the phone or post in to the office
  • Option 2. Direct Internet Transfer: please contact the office for bank details of participating Doctors
  • Option 3. Payment by cheque/money order
  • Option 4. Cash or EFTPOS: in person at the office

If the patient does not have health insurance there will be a prepayment required. Once this payment has been made prior to the procedure, a receipt is then issued after the procedure, the receipt can then be taken to Medicare. Please have the following information ready:

  • The date of your procedure
  • Your surgeon's name
  • Your anaesthetist (provided by your surgeon's office)
  • Your Credit Card details (Visa or Mastercard)
